Have you lost money with financial advisor Richard Demetriou of Dallas, Texas?  We are investigating allegations made by FINRA, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, against Richard W. Demetriou. FINRA alleges that Richard Demetriou engaged in an undisclosed outside business activity when he was involved in selling investments in “RBCP”, a Mississippi company involved in speculative real estate investments.  FINRA also alleged that Demetriou also made misrepresentations about the risks of this real estate investment RBCP.

In connection with the complaint, FINRA also brought a complaint against Brad C. Brooks and Titan Securities, for failing to adequately supervise Richard Demetriou.  Brooks is the President and Chief Compliance Officer of Titan Securities.

Richard Demetriou was a financial advisor and registered representative of Titan Securities from April 2009 to the present.  He worked at a branch office in Dallas, Texas.  Demetriou has at least two customer complaints on his BrokerCheck Report, which also disclosed a $18,000 tax lien.
