FRAUD ALERT! LARRY TEMPLIN of Centaurus Financial
Larry Templin, formerly of Centaurus Financial, Barred from Securities Industry
Have you lost money with financial advisor Larry Templin of Temple, Texas? We are looking into allegations made by against Larry Joe Templin by FINRA (the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority). FINRA barred Templin from the securities industry after he failed to respond to an investigation. FINRA was investigating Larry Templin after he was terminated by his brokerage firm, Centaurus Financial, regarding allegations of bank fraud.
Larry Templin was a financial advisor and registered representative of Centaurus Financial from September 2006 to May 2018. He worked at a branch office in Temple, Texas. Templin was terminated by Centaurus Financial.
Brokerage firms like Centaurus Financial have a responsibility to adequately supervise all representatives who are registered through their firm. Brokerage firms also must take steps to ensure that their financial advisors follow all securities rules and regulations, as well as internal firm policies. When brokerage firms fail to adequately supervise their registered representatives, they may be liable for investment losses sustained by customers.
