Have you invested with Annetta Box, formerly with Cambridge Investment Research in Dallas, Texas? Our firm is looking into claims made by FINRA against Annetta Marie Box, who was barred by FINRA from the securities brokerage industry after she failed to adequately respond to a FINRA investigation.

FINRA initiated its investigation regarding outside business activities of Box. Box partially responded to the investigation but failed to provide further information to FINRA.

Annetta Box had been licensed with a number of firms between 2015 and 2021. The firms included Cambridge Investment Research, Royal Alliance, Securities America, and Perryman Securities.

Each of the firms mentioned above is a FINRA member. Pursuant to FINRA Rule 3110, firms must adequately supervise their representatives. The firms could be responsible for financial damages if they fail to sufficiently supervise their reps.
