Did you invest in GWG L Bonds with financial advisor Suihock Goy from Milpitas, California? The securities and investment fraud law firm of Israels & Neuman is looking into Suihock Goy, who has worked with NI Advisors since 2005. According to FINRA’s BrokerCheck, Goy and NI Advisors were the subject of a customer complaint that was filed in August 2022. The complaint alleges losses in GWG L bonds.

In April 2022, GWG Holdings filed for bankruptcy. When a company like this files for bankruptcy, investors usually suffer substantial financial losses. The financial advisors like Suihock Goy and their brokerage firms could potentially be liable to investors for the losses in GWG products like the GWG L bonds.

Suihock Goy has been assigned to an office in Milpitas, California while working for NI Advisors from 2005 to the present. Goy has also been the subject of two other customer complaints, one which was made in April 2022 regarding “asset-backed” debt. It is unknown whether this complaint also involved GWG products.
