Did you lose money investing with financial advisor Dean Nowak from Winter Park, Florida? Our securities arbitration law firm is looking into Dean Nowak, who was affiliated with Newbridge Securities. FINRA’s BrokerCheck indicates that Nowak has been the subject of four customer complaints, three of which have been made in 2022.

The three recent complaints all make allegations regarding “alternative” investments. While many complaints regarding GWG have been filed, including against Newbridge Securities, BrokerCheck does not specify whether the “alternative” investments were in GWG. The three complaints all allege negligence and breach of fiduciary duty.

Dean Nowak worked in an office in Winter Park, Florida. He was licensed with Newbridge Securities from August 2019 to September 2022, and was previously with Taylor Capital Management from 2012 to August 2019.
