Have you invested with financial advisor Erick Krosky from Scottsdale, Arizona? Our law firm is looking into allegations made against Erick Emerson Krosky. Nick Krosky was fired by Edward Jones in January 2023, according to FINRA’s BrokerCheck.

Erick Krosky had maintained his securities license with Edward Jones from February 2017 to January 2023. Krosky’s BrokerCheck report reveals that he was terminated for “Concerns registered representative did not adhere to Firm policies relating to communications with clients, including text messaging”. The report continued that Korsky “admitted to deleting text messages prior to an unannounced branch audit”. Krosky worked in a Scottsdale, Arizona office.

Edward Jones is required to have written supervisory and compliance procedures, under securities rules and regulations. Many firms have enacted policies regarding communications with clients, including regarding use of text messaging. If the advisor or broker fails to follow firm policy, that could lead to discipline against the advisor, including termination.
