FINRA (the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) seeks to bar Hanshew from the securities industry. According to FINRA’s regulatory complaint, Hanshew failed to respond to an investigation. FINRA was investigating Hanshew regarding allegations that he engaged in various sales practice violations involving senior investors. Hanshew also allegedly failed to disclose outside business activities and liens.

Gregory or Greg Hanshew had been an advisor with Infinity Financial Services from August 2014 to May 2016 and again from January 2017 to June 2020. He also sold insurance at his Littleton, Colorado office.

FINRA rules provide that securities brokerage firms must reasonably supervise their financial advisors like Gregory Hanshew. If the firm fails to adequately supervise their representatives, they may be on the hook for investor losses.
