]]> PORT JEFFERSON, NEW YORK Have you lost money with financial advisor James F. O’Reilly, formerly with Eastgate Securities and TOR Brokerage in Port Jefferson, New York? We are looking into allegations made against James O’Reilly. O’Reilly was barred from the securities industry after he failed to respond to a FINRA investigation. FINRA was investigating O’Reilly regarding allegations that he engaged in undisclosed outside business activities and private securities transactions.

James O’Reilly was with Eastgate Securities from June 2018 to May 2021. O’Reilly was also with TOR Brokerage from January 2017 to December 2019. He has worked at branch offices in Port Jefferson, New York.
