<strong> </strong>Have you lost money with financial advisor Jeremy Fortner, with Wells Fargo in Beverly Hills, California?  We are looking into allegations made against Jeremy Fortner, who has been the subject of three customer complaints, all of which were filed within the last three months.  The recent complaints allege that customers loaned money to Fortner and failed to pay it back.  The customers also allege that Fortner <strong><a href="/practice-areas/breach-of-fiduciary/" rel="noopener" target="_blank">sold outside investments</a></strong> not approved by Wells Fargo.</p>


<p>Jeremy Fortner was with Wells Fargo from June 2014 to the present.  He has worked at branch offices in Beverly Hills, California.</p>

Brokerage firms also must take steps to ensure that their financial advisors follow all securities rules and regulations, as well as internal firm policies.
