Are you a former client of Ann Box, formerly with Cambridge Investment Research in Dallas? Our securities arbitration law firm is looking into allegations made by FINRA, against Ann Marie Box. Box was terminated by Cambridge Investment Research in February 2022, regarding allegations that she misappropriated funds in her role as executrix of an estate for an unapproved outside business activity.

That termination by Cambridge Investment Research led to an investigation by FINRA. When Box refused to cooperate with FINRA’s investigation, she was barred from the securities brokerage industry, pursuant to FINRA Rule 8210 and 2010.

Ann Marie Box held her securities license through Cambridge Investment Research from August 2020 to February 2022. She has also previously been affiliated with Royal Alliance, Securities America, and others. She had been assigned to an office in Dallas, Texas.
