Orsky Wealth Management, is the subject of a regulatory investigation by the Ohio Division of Securities, according to FINRA BrokerCheck. He has allegedly failed to furnish information to the Ohio Division of Securities and “has refused to comply with any lawful order or requirement” of the Securities Division.

Jason Orsky has been licensed with Purshe Kaplan Sterling since February 2014 in Westlake, Ohio. He was also the subject of a tax lien in February 2021.

Purshe Kaplan Sterling is a FINRA member and licensed broker-dealer. As a FINRA member, brokerage firms are required to adequately supervise its representatives.
