Allegations Against Javier Adolfo Naselli

FINRA’s BrokerCheck discloses that a customer filed a complaint alleging $5 million in damages arising from an investment in a Uruguayan biorefinery.  The customer alleges that the biorefinery investment was unsuitable and was also alleged to have been “sold away”, meaning that he did not have permission from UBS Financial Services to sell this investment.  The complaint was filed in early June 2026.

Background of Javier Naselli

From 2011 to June 2024, Javier Adolfo Naselli was a registered representative of UBS Financial Services.  He was then registered with Creand Securities beginning in August 2025.  Naselli has also been the subject of three other customer complaints throughout his career in the securities industry.   Naselli worked in a New York City office but now works in Miami, Florida.

Responsibility of UBS for Its Advisor’s Conduct

UBS Financial Services, as a FINRA member, has obligations to supervise the conduct of its financial advisors.  If the firm fails to adequately do so, it could be responsible for any investor losses.
