In April 2023, Mangini was suspended from the securities industry for six months and fined $10,000.

The April 2023 FINRA AWC regarding Matthew Mangini alleges from January to July 2021, Mangini was affiliated with Crown Capital Securities. During this time period, he recommended investments that were not approved by Crown Capital Securities. As such, Mangini allegedly violated FINRA Rule 3280.

Matthew Mangini had been with Crown Capital Securities as a non-registered assistant from 2015 to September 2021, and he was also an investment advisory representative with Purepath Wealth Management from September 2018 to September 2021. He worked in a Land O’Lakes, Florida office.
