BrokerCheck further reveals that Huniak was terminated after Country Capital concluded that Huniak failed to disclose a customer complaint and named himself a beneficiary on an annuity for a non-immediate family member which is against firm policy. A customer complaint regarding these allegations was made in August 2022.

Nicholas Huniak worked in Granite City, Illinois with Country Capital Management Company from August 2008 to November 2022. Huniak was also an agent with Country Financial.
