Are you a former client of Robert Silvestri, formerly with Level Four Advisory in Allen, Texas? Silvestri was terminated by Level Four Advisory in November 2022. The termination came after he borrowed money from a customer. He was subsequently terminated by his next brokerage firm, Aegis Capital Corp., in July 2023.

Robert Silvestri also known as Rob Silvestri, was a registered representative of Level Four Financial from September 2018 to November 2022 and with Aegis Capital Corp. from January 2023 to July 2023. He worked in offices in Allen and Dallas, Texas. Silvestri has also been the subject of two customer complaints, one of which was made in 2022.

Financial advisors are required to follow FINRA Rules. FINRA Rule 3240 states that, in general, financial advisors cannot borrow money from customers unless the advisor has prior permission from the brokerage firms, and a list of limited exceptions applies to the transaction.
