Are you a former client of financial advisor Steven Muntin from Flint, Michigan? Our firm is continuing to review allegations against Steven Muntin by the SEC. In November 2021, Muntin was civilly charged with defrauding an investor. Muntin used his company Executive Asset Management to charge a customer over $300,000 but never actually invested the money. Instead, the money was used on his mortgage, health insurance, boat and car loans, and credit card bills.

In May 2022, a final judgment was entered against Muntin. Muntin was ordered to pay back $314,799, plus interest of $46,121 and a civil penalty of $258,557. It is unclear whether Muntin has the ability to pay the $600,000 total judgment and penalty.

Steven Muntin was with Taylor & Morgan Asset Management from December 2015 to February 2020. He worked out of a branch office in Flint, Michigan. Muntin has also been the subject of at least two customer complaints and six tax liens.

Taylor & Morgan Asset Management is an investment advisory firm and has duties to follow all SEC rules and regulations. If Taylor & Morgan Asset Management fails to do so, it could be responsible for investor losses.
