FINRA’s BrokerCheck discloses whether customers have made complaints against a financial advisor.  BrokerCheck discloses that Mr. Pereira has been the subject of six customer complaints, one of which was made in 2026.  The 2026 complaint alleges $375,000 in losses from a pre-IPO investment and REIT (real estate investment trust) that he recommended.

Vincent Pereira had been licensed with Alexander Capital between February 2015 and October 2026 at a New York, New York office.  He has been the subject of a 2015 tax lien, as well as six civil judgments against him.
