WHITE PLAINS, NY

The investment fraud and securities arbitration law firm of Israels & Neuman is looking into allegations made by customers of financial advisor William Campbell, with David Lerner Associates. William Campbell, who worked in an office in White Plains, New York, has been the subject of five customer complaints, three of which were filed since 2019. At least one of the recent complaints was filed regarding investment losses in Energy 11 and Energy Resources 12, products that were sold by David Lerner.

William Campbell had been licensed with David Lerner Associates from 2002 to the present. He is also an investment advisory representative of Spirt of America Management Corp.

David Lerner Associates is a securities brokerage firm and FINRA member. It has an obligation to abide by FINRA rules, including duties to make suitable investment recommendations under Rule 2111. It also has a duty to reasonably supervise its representatives pursuant to FINRA Rule 3110.
