Bradley Latting, formerly of State Farm VP Management, Subject of Oklahoma Securities Commission Action

Oklahoma seeks to bar Latting from the securities industry, regarding allegations that Latting obtained power-of-attorney over an 88-year old insurance customer, transferred $135,000 of her funds without the customer’s knowledge, and admittedly commingled the funds for his own purposes before paying them back.
Bradley Latting was a financial advisor and registered representative of State Farm VP Management from 2004 to February 2018. He worked at a branch office in Lawton, Oklahoma.
