Brent Fuchs, with Lincoln Financial Advisors, Subject of Customer Complaints

PRESTON, MARYLAND     Have you invested with Brent Fuchs from Preston, Maryland?  We are looking into complaints made by several customers who filed claims against his brokerage firm, Lincoln Financial Advisors.  The brokerage firm was named in a group claim by seven customers, all alleging that Fuchs sold them unsuitable oil and gas investments.  The oil and gas investment allegedly lost money, which led to the customers filing these complaints in FINRA arbitration.

From 2000 to the present, Brent Fuchs has worked in a Preston, Maryland office for Lincoln Financial Advisors.  He also operates Fuchs Financial Group and Heritage Financial Consultants.

Brokerage firmsmust perform due diligence on all investment products it sells.  If it failed to adequately perform due diligence, the brokerage firm could be liable for investor losses.
