WEST HILLS, CALIFORNIA

Are you a current or former customer of financial advisor Valentino Scott from West Hills, California? Israels & Neuman is reviewing allegations made against Valentino Scott, who has worked with Centaurus Financial since 1995.  FINRA’s BrokerCheck reveals that he has been the subject of seven customer complaints, two of which have been made since 2020.  The two recent complaints make allegations regarding real estate investments.

In addition, documents filed with the GWG Holdings bankruptcy indicate that Valentino Scott and his brokerage firm, Centaurus Financial, sold GWG investments to a number of their clients.  GWG Holdings filed for bankruptcy earlier this year.  It is believed that investors who held GWG investments, such as the GWG L Bonds, will likely suffer substantial losses.
