J.W. Cole Financial Settles with FINRA Over LJM Preservation and Growth Fund – TAMPA, FLORIDA
Have you lost money investing in the LJM Preservation and Growth Fund through J.W. Cole Financial? We are currently investigating allegations made against J.W. Cole Financial, a Tampa, Florida-based securities brokerage firm. FINRA (the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) brought a regulatory action against J.W. Cole Financial, making allegations that it failed to do adequate due diligence on the LJM Preservation and Growth Fund. In particular, FINRA alleged that J.W. Cole Financial failed to understand the particular risks of the LJM Preservation and Growth Fund. To settle these allegations, J.W. Cole Financial agreed to pay a $50,000 fine and restitution of $163,527.
