Jo Ellen Fisher and Raymond James Financial Services
Have you lost money with financial advisor Jo Ellen Fisher? We are currently investigating claims made against Jo Ellen Fisher from Gallipolis, Ohio. FINRA (the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) alleged that Fisher stole over $924,000 from the trust account of a 95-year-old client during 2013. FINRA alleged that Fisher transferred securities from the customer’s trust account to Fisher’s daughter’s account. The money stolen from the customer’s account was used to pay off Fisher’s mortgage, make home repairs, and to purchase three cars, jewelry, and a diamond ring. FINRA barred Jo Ellen Fisher from the securities industry.
Jo Ellen Fisher was a registered representative and financial advisor with Raymond James Financial Services from January 2010 to May 2014. Raymond James Financial Services terminated Fisher in May 2014 for this conduct.
