WARNING! Impending Investigation–JOSEPH PAPPALARDO and FINANCI
Joseph Pappalardo and Financial Network Investment Corp.
Have you lost money with financial advisor Joseph T. Pappalardo of Roseville, California? Joseph Pappalardo was recently barred by FINRA (the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) for fraud and theft of customer funds. FINRA alleged that Pappalardo stole customer funds for personal use, from August 2008 to August 2012.
Pappalardo was involved with a company called Coast-2-Coast Properties, which was purportedly used to buy, renovate, and sell homes. He solicited customers to invest in Coast-2-Coast by offering them notes which carried 12% interest. Pappalardo also was involved with Prosperity Financial Estate Planning and Insurance Services. He solicited investors to invest in notes of Prosperity Financial, but FINRA alleges that Prosperity Financial was nothing more than a name he used to solicit funds. Pappalardo is believed to have used Coast-2-Coast and Prosperity Financial as a means to steal money from his clients.
Joseph Pappalardo was a financial advisor and registered representative of Financial Network Investment Corp. (now known as Cetera Advisor Network LLC) from August 2008 to August 2012. He is no longer licensed as a financial advisor.
