Were you a customer of advisor Ricardo Rose, with Arive Capital Markets in Staten Island, New York? Ricardo Rose also known as Richard Rose, has been in the securities industry since 2000 and has been the subject of four customer complaints. Three of those complaints have been made since October 2022.

The three complaints each involve different products – one involves investments in GWG, one involves viatical settlements, and one complaint involves a real estate investment. The latter two complaints have named J.P. Turner & Company as a party, which is a brokerage firm that Ricardo Rose worked for from 2008 to October 2015.

Ricardo Rose or Richard Rose has been with Arive Capital Markets since October 2015. He works in a Staten Island, New York office. He also worked with Alexander Capital from December 2015 to November 2016.

GWG has filed for bankruptcy, and investors have suffered significant losses in GWG. Viatical settlements often invest in life insurance policies and can carry significant risk. Advisors who make unsuitable investment recommendations to customers could potentially be liable for these recommendations.
