Allegations Against Joseph Eschleman

FINRA’s BrokerCheck discloses whether customers have made complaints against a financial advisor.  Joseph Eschleman has been the subject of five customer complaints, three of which have been made since September 2025.  The three recent complaints all involve DSTs or Delaware Statutory Trusts, and two of those complaints involve investments in Versity/Crew/Inspire DSTs.  The total alleged losses from these three complaints are over $2 million.

Joseph Eschleman had been licensed with Purshe Kaplan Sterling from August 2017 to May 2026 at a Sacramento, California office.  He now works with Towerpoint Wealth.
