What Are the Allegations Against Fabio de Andrade?

According to FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) BrokerCheck, Fabio De Andrade has been the subject of two customer complaints, both of which were made since late 2023.  The most recent complaint alleges damages of $24 million related to investments in government bonds (such as Treasury bills and Treasury bonds) and related products and funds that invested in T-bills and T-notes.  A 2023 complaint was denied by Merrill Lynch.
