Our securities arbitration law firm is looking into allegations made by FINRA (the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) against Howell Ferguson. Howell Gregg Ferguson worked at First National of Bellville and also had his securities license through LPL Financial. He was alleged to have forged two documents by signing an LPL customer’s name without the customer’s permission.

It was also alleged that Ferguson lied about the forgery during FINRA’s initial investigation. To settle these allegations, Ferguson agreed to a two year suspension from the securities brokerage industry, and a $10,000 fine.

Howell Gregg Ferguson worked in an LPL Financial office in Bellville, Texas. He also worked for First National of Bellville, and has also been the subject of a customer complaint that was filed in 2021, alleging unsuitable alternative investments.
