]]> SUNNYVALE, CALIFORNIA Have you lost money with financial advisor Jennifer Ling, formerly with Axiom Capital Management and First Allied Securities in Sunnyvale, California? We are looking into allegations made against Jennifer Ling. Ling has been the subject of seven customer complaints, two of which were filed within the last year. The recent complaints allege that Ling sold unsuitable investments in Aequitas Commercial and private placements.

Jennifer Ling was with Axiom Capital Management from May 2015 to July 2017. She has worked at branch offices in Sunnyvale, California.

Brokerage firms like Axiom Capital Management have a responsibility to adequately supervise all representatives who are registered through their firm.
