INDIANAPOLIS, INDIANA Are you a former customer of Kirk Crossen, formerly with Morgan Stanley, in Indianapolis, Indiana? FINRA’s BrokerCheck shows that he was fired by Raymond James in November 2023. It was alleged that Crossen “lacked candor during inquiry into [a] loan from [Crossen’s] former client at a prior firm”. Generally, advisors are not supposed to accept loans from customers, except for limited circumstances.

Kirk Crossen’s BrokerCheck report also shows that in October 2023, a customer brought a claim for $6 million in losses. The customer alleged that Crossen executed an unsuitable strategy investing in stocks during 2022 and 2023.

Mr. Crossen had been affiliated with Morgan Stanley from September 2016 to April 2023 in an Indianapolis, Indiana office. He then worked for Raymond James from April 2023 to November 2023 in Carmel, Indiana.
