Have you lost money with financial advisor Jeffrey Morris, with Moloney Securities in Estes Park, Colorado? The securities and investment fraud law firm of Israels & Neuman is reviewing allegations made against Jeffrey Morris, who has been the subject of two customer complaints, both of which were filed in October 2022.

According to FINRA’s BrokerCheck report, both of the claims allege unsuitable investments in corporate debt. One of the complaints seeks $105,000 in damages, while the other seeks $150,000 in damages. Morris refutes the claims of the complaints, according to BrokerCheck.

Jeffrey Allen Morris has been an advisor with Moloney Securities from March 2012 to the present. He also works at the Bank of Estes Park in Estes Park, Colorado.

Moloney Securities must sufficiently supervise its advisors’ sales of securities. If it failed to do so, this brokerage firm can be responsible for investor losses.
