Complaints Against Advisor Brian Cote of GPWA, LLC

NASHVILLE, TENNESSEE Have you invested in alternative investments through Brian Cote at Gramercy Park Wealth Advisors, or GPWA LLC? St. LOUIS, MISSOURI Have you lost money with financial advisor Dustin Ward, formerly with OneAmerica Securities and now with Woodbury Financial in St. Louis, Missouri? We are looking into allegations made against Dustin K. Ward. Ward has been the subject of two customer complaints, which were made within the last year. Both complaints allege losses in real estate investment trusts, or REITs.

Dustin Ward was with OneAmerica Securities from 2003 to March 2017. He has been with Woodbury Financial from March 2019 to the present. He has worked at branch offices in St. Louis, Missouri.

Brokerage firms like OneAmerica Securities have a responsibility to adequately supervise all representatives who are registered through their firm. Brokerage firms also must take steps to ensure that their financial advisors follow all securities rules and regulations, as well as internal firm policies.
