Allegations Regarding the Suspension of Brandon Bauerle

Edward Jones terminated Bauerle in June 2025.  The firm alleged that it had “Concerns [Bauerle] did not adhere to Firm policy relating to Failure to Comply with Policies and Procedures and Complaints”.

That triggered a FINRA investigation.  In June 2026, FINRA disclosed that it was indefinitely suspending Bauerle after he failed to respond to a FINRA request for information.

Brandon Bauerle had been licensed with Edward Jones from June 2017 to June 2025 at a Mont Belvieu, Texas office.  He was also with Cetera Investment Services from December 2025 to May 2026.
