NASHVILLE, TENNESSEE Have you invested in alternative investments through Brian Cote at Gramercy Park Wealth Advisors, or GPWA LLC? The investment fraud and securities arbitration law firm of Israels & Neuman is looking into claims made against Cote, who has been with Gramercy Park Wealth Advisors Securities since 2014.

Brian Cote has been the subject of two customer complaints since late 2023. These recent complaints both allege that he recommended unsuitable investments in “alternative” investments, including investments in real estate. Both complaints are still pending.

According to FINRA, he has worked in Nashville, Tennessee and has been in the securities industry since 2000. He has both a securities brokerage license and an investment advisory license.

SOUTHFIELD, MICHIGAN Did you lose money with financial advisor Loren Justin Morrison with Stifel Nicolaus in Southfield, Michigan? The securities and investment fraud law firm of Israels & Neuman is reviewing claims made by former customers of Morrison.

According to FINRA’s BrokerCheck, Mr. Morrison has been the subject of four customer complaints, including three of which have been made since 2022. The complaints make allegations about common and preferred stock. One of the complaints settled for $2 million in August 2023.

From May 2021 to the present, Loren Morrison has been a representative of Stifel Nicolaus. He also previously worked for LPL Financial. He worked in a Southfield, Michigan office. He was also the subject of three tax liens.

Israels & Neuman has an office in Ann Arbor, Michigan and regularly represents Michigan investors. Attorney Aaron Israels grew up in Holland, Michigan, attended Detroit Mercy Law School, and practiced in Ann Arbor.
