Maria De Los Angeles Leon Barred from Securities Industry for Allegations of Stolen Funds

GRAND RAPIDS, MICHIGAN Did you invest with advisor Maria De Los Angeles Leon in Grand Rapids, Michigan? First Republic Securities Stockbroker Theresa Allen Subject of Several Complaints

NEWPORT BEACH, CALIFORNIA Are you a client of financial advisor Theresa Allen, formerly with First Republic Securities, and now with RBC Capital in Newport Beach, California? The securities and investment fraud law firm of Israels & Neuman is reviewing claims made by customers of Theresa Allen.

According to FINRA, she has been the subject of five customer complaints, all of which have been made within the last year. Many of the complaints allege that she recommended unsuitable investments in First Republic Bank stock (common and preferred). When First Republic Bank had to sell itself to JP Morgan in May 2023, the value of the stock plummeted to nearly nothing.

From July 2010 to May 2023, Theresa Allen was a representative of First Republic Securities. She then joined RBC Capital Markets in May 2023 and is still there. She worked in a Newport Beach, California office.
